These two had the most wonderful day in Crystal, Michigan at Woodland Weddings. Weddings in May always can be up in the air for weather – it can either be unusually warm and rainy, or chilly and unusually cold. However, this day ended up being the perfect amount of warmth from the sun with a slight cool breeze.
I met Nadia and Carson in the winter time around Lansing, MI to photograph their engagement photos. I loved their vibe, their relationship and everything about their session. Their wedding was no different. It was quaint, and peaceful in the woods with the most beautiful amount of support from their friends and family. I photographed a roll of film for fun and brought a student of mine, Alishia Zahl,. [in the photography department at Kendall College of Art and Design] and we had a blast creating art for these two.
